I have checked this box in File Upload settings – Do you want to allow your users (and agents) to upload attachments to tickets and replies?
But still the file upload field is not showing up on the Submit Ticket and Reply pages.
I have also tried saving changes again.
    How can this be fixed?

  • Hi @sakshi13599

This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and switch to the default Twenty Nineteen theme. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of the problem.

    Hi @jahmedas

I tried doing that but it’s still not working. Is there any other way I can solve this issue?
The problem is that file upload field was working earlier but I don’t know what exactly caused this problem.

Also, is there any way we can add custom fields on Submit Ticket page?

    Hi @sakshi13599

Did you changed something which effect the file uploading. Please go on ticket>settings>file upload and check if all the required fields are enabled. Let me know if the issue persist.

    Hi,

You can also check the file upload options documentation from here:

Marking as solved due to inactivity. If you need more assistance, you can open a new post.

    Best Regards.
