File upload not attaching with form on submit

Hi there i took the simple contact form and just added

[file your-file filetypes:pdf|txt|jpg|png limit:4mb]
[file your-file filetypes:pdf|txt|jpg|png limit:4mb]
[file your-file filetypes:pdf|txt|jpg|png limit:4mb]
[file your-file filetypes:pdf|txt|jpg|png limit:4mb]

[submit “Submit”]`

It attached the files but when i press submit the recipient email doeasnt receive the attachments. My mail tags in the file attachment box is [your-file] also tried [your-file][your-another-file]

any help would be greatly appreciated thanks in advance
