• Hi there,

I just downloaded and installed Zoundry Editor. I am in the intial process of configuring my blog account.

The software autodiscovered my blog based on my blog URL and determined it was a WordPress blog, which it is. I put in my blog’s username and password (same one I use to access the web based admin interface). When I click next I get an error:

Failed to connect to blog account
Please verify your information and/or internet connection

XmlRpc listBlogs request failed: RpcPublisherError[‘blogger.getUsersBlogs’type:XMLRPC Protocol Error, code:406 msg:Not Acceptable(rossidudes.dvdthis.com:80/blog/xmlrpc.php)]

I know for a fact that I have an internet connection… in fact I’m using that connection to post this request. I am able to login to my regular WP admin page with no issues. The Zoundry site says I need to enable file upload on my wordpress blog, but I don’t see any setting that allows me to enable or disable file upload.

I also can confirm that there are now Proxy server issues to worry about either.

I contacted my ISP and they told me it was because the .htaccess file needed to have an entry put into it for SecFilter.

Good to hear you fixed it! Maybe mark the topic as Resolved so others with same issue can easily find your solution!

Can you please explain to me what these two things are? I’ve been having the same problem for months now, and I have no idea how to resolve it!

So what are htaccess file and “SecFilter”? And what do I have to do to with these things in order to fix the problem?
