File upload issues

I’ve had multiple people contact me saying there’s an issue when they try to upload photos from their phones. They get an error message saying the image is too large when it shouldn’t be. it’s usually an image they’ve already posted up on Instagram. I’ve tried tweaking the submission file size but it didn’t fix anything.
