File Upload Issue

    Suddenly we are receiving this error when trying to upload MP3 files to our media library: Unexpected response from the server. The file may have been uploaded successfully. Check in the Media Library or reload the page.

    I disabled WP Security plugin, and now I am able to upload files successfully. Which setting would cause this?

    Under Firewall, do you have “enable basic firewall settings” option checked, if you do, can you uncheck it?

    Have you entered any value in the Max File Upload Size (MB) textbox?
