File Upload doesn’t work when Sticky List is activated

I have been using Gravity Forms with Sticky List for about a year and about a month ago files no longer upload. They appear to on the edit page but are not written to the upload folder and redirect to 404 page when edit is saved and file is clicked on. When Sticky List is activated, same happens on Gravity Forms entries in backend. When I deactivate Sticky List I can upload and view attachments.
