File Upload Does Not Work

  • I opened a ticket with this same issue eight months ago, and never received a reply. The project got put aside for a while, but I am back on it now, and the same issue persists.

    When I choose to edit an entry and upload a new file in the file upload field it does appear to upload the file correctly, but after saving the entry the file is nowhere to be found. It’s not in the media library or the Gravity Forms upload directory, and it is not listed as an additional file on the entry. Please help resolve this. Thanks.

    Hi Andy,

    I am checking on this. File uploading we may need to address in a patch as the textual entries are what the core plugin is for. I will get an answer on when or if we can do this soon.
