File upload does not work

  • After multiple attempts I just cant get it right … file upload in the form.

    This is my code in the form field:
    file UploadjeCV filetypes:pdf|doc|docx

    And this is what I used as code in File Attachment field:
    [UploadjeCV]

    Unfortunatly each time I use a file upload for test purposes, it does not work. Without file it works great.
