File upload Custom field does not work

    It is not possible to upload a file, even with “Allowed file types: .*”

    Either no file selector shows up (i.e., the button “Select Files” in the submission form does not work at all) or it opens twice, without storing any files selected.

    By the way, the submission form always shows “Allowed file types: .*”, also with “Choose a file type” set to “pdf”.
