I had an email last week saying my website https://kfsupplies.co.uk/ had been update to the latest version of word press 4.9.4. Upon visiting my site, I found a mysterious file upload box pinned to the top of my site.

So, I went to login via wp-admin and all I am getting is a blank page with the file upload box. No option to log in what so ever.

I’ve explored my site and also found:
The Facebook plugin on the right side bar doesn’t appear.
    Sometimes images aren’t loading.
Uploading an image hasn’t sent an email to any of the emails linked to my site.

    Site running Customizr theme.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

It looks to me like you’ve been hacked.

Get a fresh cup of coffee, take a deep breath and carefully follow this guide. When you’re done, you may want to implement some (if not all) of the recommended security measures.

If you’re unable to clean your site(s) successfully, there are reputable organizations that can clean your sites for you. Sucuri and Wordfence are a couple.

Since I can’t access the login page, I couldn’t run any plugin virus scanners but I did run the recommended crawlers on the guide. All results came back clean, saying there was nothing suspicious on my website.
