File upload and Widget Preferences Menu Broken

  • We are running V2.3.2 we have started having problems with the file upload box when writing a new post, we also have a problem with the sidebar widgets preferences menu under presentation. in both cases the ajax\javascript appears to be broken. we have ruled out brower problems as it does the same thing in IE7 and firefox 2.0.0.11 on several different computers.
    does anyone know what maybe causing this.

    here are links to screen shots of my upload box and sidebar preferences page. something is broken with Javascript in these to instances. however i am using wassup that uses ajax and it is working fine. i have even tried deactivating wassup and they both still appear to be broken.
