    I put the Upload question in my questionnaire for the user to send a video file. But the uploaded file is not saved anywhere.

  • Hi @tdessa,

    You can see the uploaded files under Results section of QSM and under the Media folder in your WordPress dashboard.

    Also, make sure that you have selected “Video” file type and set a allowed limit for video files under Advanced settings of file upload question. So that users can easily upload the video files to the questions.
