File type not permitted

    A new wp install and new theme.

    Want to upload MP4 file 44mb and get this dreaded error.

    Have same theme on another site and it dies upload MP4’s.

    Have added the line in wp-config but still no go.

    Any ideas please?

    It’s okay now. Not sure how but it is now uploaded
