@ahmadegbaria000 Do you have any problem with the plugin? If so, be sure to ask the question correctly so that I can understand it.

    Please read this thread first:

@ahmadegbaria000 The fact that you have a problem, I know. Should I guess the solution or what do you expect from me?

I have given you a thread that you should execute. Read and do what is written there, then come back to me. If you are not going to do this, I cannot help you.

    Why?
So it’s not work on my website?

@ahmadegbaria000 I can not help you because you do not respect my time. I asked you to read one thread and do what is described there.

In this thread it is clearly written:
By adding a thread to the support forum, please provide us with all the information you need. You will find them in the first question in the FAQ. Without them we can not help you.

Without this information, I can only guess what the problem is on your website.

    All information:
    – uploads-webpc folder created.
    – Images uploaded to it successfully
    – progress bar all is green
    – Imagick is the used PHP module to convert the images
    – htaccess files created successfully
    – I deactivate all the plugins and use the original theme of wp
    – Disable the cache in the network of dev-tools

    However, The type still png

By the way, I read the thread several times, cause I had issues with server configuration, and I solve it now.

    Any help will be appreciated.

@mahmoudgz Please tell me, is it really so incomprehensible that I wrote in this thread to read the question “How to get technical support? (before you ask for help)” in the plugin FAQ?

I need all the information described there. All of them, not those that you consider important. I need them all.

Hey, calm down, thanks for your support, and for the plugin.
