    Hi,
    After installing the extension, first scan never finishes… ( maybe not even starting ? )

    Any helps?

    I am sorry to read about your issue. The file scan depends / uses the WordPress cron. So as a first troubleshooting task, can you please confirm if cron is running on your website or not?

    Also, can you please confirm if this is a busy website or not, in terms of visitors? We are asking since the WordPress cron is triggered with websites visits. So if the website does not get a lot of visits, some scans might be delayed.
