File permissions for IIS?

I’m very new to word press. In fact, this is the first time I’ve tried to deal with it. I’m trying to move an existing wordpress site to a new server. I moved the wordpress directory and the installer.php file to the root of the website. When I try to install the site, I get an error about it not having proper file permissions to create the site:

PHP on this web server currently does not have the proper access level to write to the document root which is currently ‘C:\inetpub\wwwroot\

I saw an old thread on here that said IUSR, NETWORK SERVICE, and IIS_IUSRS need to have read & execute, read, and list folder contents. I’ve done that and I’m still getting the error.

Any suggestions?
