File page not loading

  • Hi,
    I am using the WP Customer Area plugin.

    Everything works fine, except for one thing.
    I have uploaded test documents and assigned them to a user. When I click on the documents with that user, the file page opens along with its information and its download link.

    The problem is that the archive page takes more than 5 minutes to load. As if there were some element that did not respond or did not load.

    How can i fix this?

    Extra contribution: Sometimes an alert appears with the message “the page is not responding”.

    Also, if I disable the plugin’s “Show additional info before and after post in single post view” option, the archive page loads quickly, so the problem seems to be loading the archive information.

    Also, this error appears in the console:
