    Hi Chris,

Is there any way I can order the files so the most recent date is at the top?

For example, my files are named by date but the newest are displaying at the bottom of the page like this:

    2015-02-01
    2015-03-01
    2015-04-01
    2015-05-01

I’d like the most recent date to display at the top if possible.

    Thanks again for your help,

    Emily

    Hi Emily,

No, not right now (it sorts by ascending filename) – but that seems like a simple enhancement. I’ll add it as a feature in the next version of the plugin.

    Thanks Chris,

I’ll keep the file names as they are and reorder after the next update.

I’ve just published 1.7.0 which allows for file sorting, either via a default setting, shortcode attribute or manually in the UI.

    Thanks Chris,

I just tested your new version and the file sorting works perfectly!

The only little bug seems to be when ‘file size’ is selected and ‘show modification date’ is deselected in the options. This causes the file size to jump across into the date column.

Any ideas what could be causing that?

    Hi again!

Just letting you know we can get around the file size slipping across by using the custom css:

    .bex-header {display:none;}

So it’s not an urgent prob.
