File Note Found Error Message

    I have just uploaded teh Buddy Press Doc plugin into our buddy Boss based website. Docs immediately shows up in teh group section and all the features seem to work correctly. However, when we attached a file to teh test doc that was created, it uploads fine and is seen in the media section, yet when we click teh attachment file in the document created it returns a message that File is not found.

    If any one has a quick fix or an idea on what we need to do to correct this I would be very grateful.

    We have seen our mistake docs is working fine. The issue was that when we were testing things we were using an admin account which was not actually a part of teh group, so the folders and documents created in the group were not accessible.

    The only issue now is whether the attachment documents can open when clicked. The experience we have it that when clicking teh attachment icon, it opens folder to save teh document. We would have thought that he document would open to be viewed with teh option to download the same.

    Please confirm that our experience is what is supposed to happen and whether there is a way to view teh document from within the group area, with option to download the same.

    Hi, Whether an attachment is opened in the browser or downloaded depends on the browser and the user’s preferences. We do not have support for displaying attachment content within the doc page view. it sounds like your experience is about what I’d expect. Thanks for letting us know that you resolved your issue!
