• I sell downloadable products using Woocommerce. Been working for years, then this morning, I got a note that a product could not be downloaded.

I checked the usual things: direct link to the .zip file (works) and checked the order to make sure the customer link was still valid. I also checked other products to see if it was just the one product. No, they are all having the same problem.

Using the latest WP and WooCommerce, not using any plugin that handles downloads, just using the native WooCommerce download functionality.

I tested this with my own order and found that when downloading the file, the download count is incremented, but before the actual download can occur, the “file not found” error is shown.

This was working yesterday, so I checked for anything that changed since then, such as a plugin upgrade. Nothing comes up.

Any suggestions on what to check next? My customers can’t get their purchases until this is fixed.
