File not found or inaccessible! Private Files

I just created a group and have the same problem.

Create group
Publish
Choose View post from success banner at top: “Post published. View post”
404

I’m a registered, paid user and this is the first time I’ve tried to create a group.

Can you try the “Rewrite rules inspector” plugin and flush all rewrite rules?

Concerning the file itself, this could simply be a permission issue on the folders.

I’ve just had a similar problem to this, but just curious can this be because I’m uploading a zip file?

No, this should not depend on the file type (unless some plugin or theme is blocking some file types, I think iThemes security does that for instance)
