File Not Found on Attachments

I just swapped servers and have all my data imported in, but none of my attachment images work. When you click a thumbnailed pictured it takes you to the 404 page saying file can’t be found.

I’m sure there’s something in SQL I need to change to fix this if anyone could point me in the right direction.
