    ??I am getting the “File not found Go to shop” error again for all downloadable products. The only thing that worked before was to remove the spaces in the file names, which worked, but now it no longer works. At the moment, I am using “Redirect only (insecure)” until I can fix this.

    ??I am using Force downloads, Allow using redirect mode (insecure) as a last resort, Downloads require login, Append a unique string to filename for security.

    ??I do use Amazon S3 storage. Here is an example of a download link in an order that goes to “File Not Found Go to Shop”:

    Just to clear it a bit more, are you using the X-Accel-Redirect/X-Sendfile option previously to serve your files?

    Also, do you know if your host has installed the mod_xsendfile Apache module?

    And finally, can you share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs? This will help us to diagnose it!

    The X-Accel-Redirect/X-Sendfile method didn’t work even though the host, WP Engine, says, “The X-Accel-Redirect/X-Sendfile modules are already allowed on the server, so its not those preventing the downloads. We can’t see any sign that its anything on this end preventing the downloads”

    I’m not actually sure if they have the module; they said, “We aren’t able to install additional modules on the server.”

    Hi @jess888,

    The error log seems clear enough: the file could not be served using the X-Accel-Redirect/X-Sendfile method. This means that there is a problem with this method or it was not found because it may not be installed on the server.

    However, you may also want to try after disabling all plugins (except WooCommerce) and switching to a default theme like Storefront, just to rule out any odd behavior.
