Nevermind. Another podcasting plug-in was interfering. Just cleared it up.

I was also having an the same trouble.

Player shows up okay, but I always got a file not found error when I tried to play anything.

It turns out there is a conflict between at least these versions of
    wp-audioplayer 2.0b6 and
    podcasting.2.3

As soon as I removed podcasting 2.3 the files started playing as expected.

Blubrry PowerPress podcasting plugin now includes the same flash 1 Pixel Out player found in WP-Audio player. Integrating the player into the plugin makes it easier for users to control how the podcast appears along with the download and play in new window links.

To use the 1 Pixel Out player in PowerPress, go to PowerPress Settings > Advanced Options section and enable ‘Audio Player Options’. Once saved, you should see a new ‘Audio Players’ section under the PowerPress menu on the left. This is where you can select and configure the 5 flash players packaged with PowerPress.
