"File Not Found" and player not working

    Hello,

    The zpPlayer plugin is not functioning correctly. The plugin has been installed and the post’s shortcode displays the player, however, it says “File Not Found.” We tested the same file (which is valid) with another player and it works with no problems.

    Can you please advise on how to fix this?

    Sure – but I need details to have possibility help you.
    Can you provide link on website page where is problem with player?
    Also it would be good if you can give link to file that you can try to play.
    I will investigate this issue then.
