    I installed the free version and am trying to see how it works before i make a purchase. So it is not working , says ” File Not Found”

    I am also getting this message :

    Jetpack

    I have turned off the CDN feature for jetpack , not sure what else do to.

    now i have downloaded the regenerate thumbnail plugin and it is running

    (when i downloaded it and went to tools WordPress was recommending me to use jet pack or some other thing)

    Help I’m confused this is annoying I’m not a WordPress wiz lol….

    Also the regeneration is not working :

    1. Skipped Attachment ID 16223 (502-408CH_4.jpg): The fullsize image file cannot be found in your uploads directory at https://trevcofurniture.com/wp-content/uploads/wpallimport/files/502-408CH_4.jpg. Without it, new thumbnail images can’t be generated.
    2. Skipped Attachment ID 16224 (502-408CH_5.jpg): The fullsize image file cannot be found in your uploads directory at https://trevcofurniture.com/wp-content/uploads/wpallimport/files/502-408CH_5.jpg. Without it, new thumbnail images can’t be generated.
    3. Skipped Attachment ID 16225 (502-408CH_6.jpg): The fullsize image file cannot be found in your uploads directory at https://trevcofurniture.com/wp-content/uploads/wpallimport/files/502-408CH_6.jpg. Without it, new thumbnail images can’t be generated.
    4. Skipped Attachment ID 16226 (502-408CH_LD.jpg): The fullsize image file cannot be found in your uploads directory at https://trevcofurniture.com/wp-content/uploads/wpallimport/files/502-408CH_LD.jpg. Without it, new thumbnail images can’t be generated.
    5. Skipped Attachment ID 16227 (Set Of 2 In Grey And Aged Gold Leg): The fullsize image file cannot be found in your uploads directory at https://trevcofurniture.com/wp-content/uploads/wpallimport/files/203-101GY_GLD.jpg. Without it, new thumbnail images can’t be generated.

    Hello @trevco

    I am sorry to hear about the issue you’re experiencing with Smush.

    It seems that the issue could be related to the images being stored in a custom directory or images or some kind of server cache affecting it.

    As per the image regeneration log, I could notice the images are present on the site but they are being served from /wp-content/uploads/wpallimport/files/ directory. Which looks to be a custom path. Can you please confirm if you are able to see these images in the Media Library?

    Further, if you are able to notice these images in the media library, can you please try deactivating other image optimization plugins completely on your site including Jetpack and check if the issue is resolved?

    Lastly, if you have any server caches enabled, please clear them as well and try to perform a bulk smush and check if the issue is still replicated.

    Please let us know how it goes so that we can take a closer look at the issue.
