File not downloading

Hi,

In my website, the temporary link (xxx.com/?ebddl=xxxxxxxx) doesn’t download the file. It opens a blank new tab and nothing happens.

I’ve mounted a staging site and I’ve seen these behaviours after dozens of tests:

• My theme (undestrap based theme): not working
• Understrap clean theme: not working
• Twenty-twenty one: working
• Twenty-twenty two: working
• Generate Press: not working
• Ocean WP: not working
• If I activate Query Monitor plugin, it works fine when logged in (and any theme), but doesn’t work if I’m logged out.
