File not attached in orders and emails

    I tried it but can’t check it in media library, did you get an email?

    Hi Fahad, yes, I did get an order confirmation email.
    Everything seems fine except the file attachment.
    I try to attach other file formats like eps or pdf. Would that be the problem here?
    I got the email from you attaching png which was attached.
