File names with regional characters

  • There is the problem with files contains regional characters into file names.
    For example, original file name is:

    koncesja na obrót paliwami ciek?ymi.pdf

    Into archive compressed TAR GZip, file name is:

    koncesja na obr??t paliwami ciek??ymi.pdf

    Into archive compressed ZIP, file name is:

    koncesja na obr+-t paliwami ciek+éymi.pdf
