File name output is improperly encoded

Hi there,

I’ve found your plugin is now the only working solution to add mimetype icons to WP attachment links. Unfortunately, most attachments I’m dealing witch are in Polish.
If I attach file named: “Za?ó?? G??l? Ja?ń” the output both link text and address is: “Za???3???? G????l?? Ja?o??”
Can you please fix utf8 encoding?
I’m using version 0.3.1 of your plugin.
