File name is empty

  • Hi,

    Great plugin but I don’t know why exported files do not have names so exported files look like dox.dov, docx (1).docx, etc. In ZIP file only one .doc

    Has anyone had the same issue?

    Also, is it possible to specify which additional fields to export?

    I am unable to notice any issue while exporting posts using the latest version of Aspose.Words Cloud WordPress Plugin. Please ensure you are using the latest version of the plugin. As another option, you may enable background exports and export individual posts from posts lists using the download button.

    Also, is it possible to specify which additional fields to export?

    Please check the settings page of the plugin; it provides some options to include parts of the post in the exported document. If it does not fulfil your requirements, then please share some more details of your requirements. We will look into these and guide you accordingly.
