File Manager unable to load

  • Hi all,

    Just discovered that File Manager on all websites hosted on Godaddy was unable to load with indication

    Loading...
Please wait

    Please advise how to fix it ?

    Would it be the problem of Godaddy ?

  • Same problem here.

    This seems to be a javascript error, most probably related to the updated jQuery library that came with WordPress 5.6

    Any ETA for a fix, @modalweb?

    I found the problem caused by “YouTube SimpleGallery plugin” After deactivating it “File Manager” continued to load without problem.

    Same here … using WP 5.6.1
    With activated plugin “WP User Manager” v2.5 File Manager stucks on “loading, please wait”. If I temporarily deactivate WP User manager, everything works like normal.

    Same with the latest version (3.8).
    Is there a chance you’ll fix this, or should I better get another plugin?

    Hi karstenboldt,

    I haven’t found a solution up to now. I have been looking for another video embed plugin. But my preference is without it. I’m still working on this direction
