    Great plugin, these features are clearly missing in the core!
    Do you think that in the future you will add a way to organize the files, e.g. in folders and subfolders (below uploads/), or by letting user choosing a “main category” (in order to have url like /uploads/main-cat/file)? All is in order to provide URLs which gives come context (I don’t like to use the download page for each link because it’s one more step).

    Interesting idea. It wouldnt work as subfolders, but there is definitely a potential to have this work with rewrite rules.

    I wonder if this might not already be possible pragmatically. I’ll look into this in the future. Thanks for the suggestion.
