File local no delet after send to FTP

    Hello I use updraftplus Free to backup my 3 wordpress. I save in FTP. But I have a small problem, even with the checkbox that allows the backup to be deleted locally, well it doesn’t delete locally, so I have to manually switch and delete the local backups.
    Is there a way of deleting local backups once they have been sent to FTP?

    Thank you for your message. I would just like to clarify that when you refer to “the checkbox that allows the backup to be deleted locally” that you mean the one found on UpdraftPlus > Settings > Show expert settings > Delete local backup.

    Secondly, please could you let me know what your backup schedule is under Updraftplus > Settings > Files backup schedule and Database backup schedule.

    Lastly, please could you share a recent backup log using pastebin.com? You can find the logs in the wp-content / updraft folder or by the pressing the View Log button next to a recent backup on the Backup / Restore tab.

    Your log is saying that your backup did not complete because the plugin is unable to access your FTP with the credentials you are using. Can you check them?

    Your log shows the line

    These backup set(s) were imported from a remote location, so will not be counted or pruned.

    Are you using the same backup folder for multiple installations? Backups from all of the sites will show in the Existing backups section.
