File Links show as “javascript:” after 4.8 update

  • After updating to WordPress version 4.8 all the links to my files show as “javascript:”. All of the files are still listed in the tables and I can view all the directories but I just can’t open any of the files. All of the files are .pdf if that is important.

    Has anyone else gotten fileaway to work with WordPress 4.8? I would like to not have to revert to a previous wordpress version if possible.
