No, the technical notes is a link within the description. Look at Data Sheet: AMP-SG-xx.pdf. No link is present.

Same thing happens here. But here it is a custom field – I have uploaded the file correctly but the name shows just as text, not as a link.

We released an updated version 3.1.6 that should hopefully solve this problem. Would you mind letting us know if it works for you?
