File isn’t downloading

    Hi,

    All the settings and plugins were working but when we updated our website to the PHP 8.2 version downloading any file isn’t working anymore. Please check: https://degreeola.com/download/german-cv-example-for-ausbildung/

    We have Allowed file types to upload: these extensions: png,jpg,pdf,docx,doc,mp4,mp3,zip,rar,mov,gif,ogg,wav,ppt,pptx,svg,webp,heic,heif,odt,xls,xlsx,jpeg,html,css,txt

    Need urgent help.

    Thank you for writing to us.

    Can you please try after deactivating other third-party plugins installed on your website except WPDM?

    Also, please try with the default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty one as well to check whether it’s WPDM or theme-related.

    If you have any caching plugin installed on your site, please disable them temporarily and then try after clearing your browser, website and CDN caching.
