File Index is invalid! The file index first line does not begin with `wpstg_`

    Please share your site’s system information from (WP STAGING > System Info) via this form and we will help you further from there.

    Also, did you try to create a new backup? Did you encounter the same issue?

    Did a new backup. This time I got:
    [critical] – [2024/07/12 20:21:01] – Failed to create backup file: Failed to write files-index to backup file!

    Hello Paul,

    I just want to make sure if you used this form including sending us the system logs:

    Optionally use the Contact Us button from inside the wp staging user interface and send us the debug code. This will send us the system logs and we can figure out why the backup fails.
