File hierarchy is messed up

and it’s all my own fault…

Hi, while moving my WP site to a server, something went terribly wrong. I somehow managed to put the files inside of a subfolder of that same site, which of course completely messed up the flow and functionality. I’ve managed (using a different site as an example) to get almost everything where it should be, but some files are still missing… where can I find an overview of what should go where? I am still staring at a white screen. :0(
