    Hi,

If I understand correctly, do you see an error after downloading the download file successfully? What is the text of this error exactly?

    Kind regards,

It may be a corrupted PDF file, for example due to improper downloading (poor internet connectivity). It may also be related to the software to create or read a PDF file.

Well, I’ve tested on 2 different files, I have fiber connection at home so I don’t think that there’s problem with connectivity

It is difficult to say where things go wrong with your PDF files. We have not seen this issue from other users before. We have improved the download script with version 2.0.3.

If you are still experiencing problems with corrupt files after this update then the cause of this problem is probably beyond the scope of our plugin.

In case we are mistaken or if you have any more questions, feel free to open a new ticket.

    Hi,

    i have the same problem.
The downloaded files are corrupt. I only use PDFs.
The files are correctly in the die-uploads folder.
But when i click on the download link, the download starts, but the downloaded file could not be opened because it is corrupt. I have tried different pdf files exported with different software and different browsers to download the files. Nothing has worked for me. I am using the PRO version of your plugin and at the moment i am very unhappy about this. if there is no solution for the problem, i have to reverse the purchase.

    Please help!
    Thanks
