File exclusion

I have Siteground hosting. The way their files are structured, all sites except one (the master site) are in subdirectories under the master site.

When I scan the master site, I get results from all of my sites (over 60,000 files!). With WordFence, I could exclude the folders for the other sites, but I don’t see a way to do that with your plugin.

Also, when I look at the scan results, the results I get for the other sites (subfolders) with the scan of the master site are different from what I get when I scan from the sites themselves.

And… when I look at the CleanTalk dashboard, the other sites show up under Security tab, but the master site shows up under the Anti-Spam tab. I don’t have the antispam plugin.
