File Edited although I did not Edit

    I am also using Wordfence, and I found the following file has been edited:

    wp-content/plugins/wp-simple-firewall/mode.login_throttled

    Does WP simple firewall auto-update? Is this why I am getting this message?

    Should I be concerned if Wordfence reports this file as modified? I have not logged in to edit this file.

    Please explain, thank you.
