File download module (Normal & Advanced) Not Visible

  • Currently using this plug in to make a submission form for individuals to submit resumes to a client, and both the standard file uploader and the advanced one both seem to make the form not function anymore.

    Clicking submit on the form doesn’t do anything and the information isn’t sent to the assigned email.

    Solutions for this?
