We have been running monthly backups with BackWPup on a number of websites for a long time. Since July we can no longer make backups and we get the following error:

WARNING: file_exists(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/.donotbackup) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/domain/:/tmp/:/var/tmp/:/opt/alt/php74/usr/share/pear/:/dev/urandom:/usr/local/php80/lib/:/usr/local/php74/lib/:/usr/local/php80/lib/:/usr/local/lib/php/)

What can we do about this?

    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out.

This issue was fixed in recent version of BackWPUp.

Please make sure you are on latest version or may try reinstalling latest version to see if the issue replicates.

    Best Regards,
