    On this membership directory page, we’ve created a button that logged-in users can click to download an export of the directory.

    The export in question is ID 1, and the button links to this URL: /wp-load.php?security_token=51f0f2a2755358d3&export_id=2&action=get_data

    When clicked, we’re met with this message: {“status”:403,”message”:”File doesn’t exist”}

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @freshysites,

    When clicked, we’re met with this message: {“status”:403,”message”:”File doesn’t exist”}

    You’ll need to re-run the export to regenerate the file when you see this message. Keep in mind that WP All Export won’t automatically delete the export file from the server, so if it randomly disappears it means that it was manually deleted or it was deleted by some other script.

    Thanks for the reply, @wpallimport!

    Unfortunately, we’ve tried this and receive the same error– even when clicking the link that’s generated right from the plugin: https://i.gyazo.com/4f93452a48215968c6d95753a3e9a295.mp4

    The same issue applies. The files is there when I click under csv by edit export/export settings, however the manual schedule export does not exist. This was after an update sometime ago. Or if it does pop up, it pops up IN the window instead of downloading the file. The bundle option does work however the bundle is not enjoyable for people to look at.

    Are we able to get an update, @wpallimport? We receive the same error even when re-running the export.

    Hey @freshysites,

    This is most likely due to a permissions issue on your server that’s preventing the export file from being generated at all. To confirm that, we’ll have to run some tests on your site. Please contact us here and we’ll continue working on this with you: https://www.wpallimport.com/support/.
