File does not update it automaticly from url

Hi, your plugin is awesome and very useful. I’m having a small doubt because I need download a file in url: https://www.invias.gov.co/767/informacion_vias.xls everyday but the imported file still is the same that is when I imported it. So, how can I import this file everytime an user open the page? I mean, instead of build the table with the old file, it should be build it with the new file available in the url everyday automatic. How can I do this?
