File does not exit?

    Dear Supporter,

    I love this plug in because it has a very simple user interface and could manage any uploaded files very easily.

    This is my first time to use the plug in, when I finish to upload a file from “Add New”, and use short-code to successfully add a download button at front page, when click the download button from the front page, there shows “File does not exit” message, then I check the /wp-content/uploads/delightful-downloads file from ftp, there shows no file in it. And I try to upload a file from ftp into the /wp-content/uploads/delightful-downloads file, it still shows no file in it …

    Is there anyone could help to solve this problem? Million thanks!
    ps: I have changed the delightful-downloads file attribute to “777”.

    Hi,

    I found the reason why I couldn’t upload the file into wordpress, if program detect that the file you uploaded would cause any damage risk to the system, it won’t let the file be uploaded.

    My solution is to change the file format as .RAR, then it works!
