File does not exists

  • Hi,

    I’m using your plugin for several years now, so I’m very much obliged to you.

    Today, I get a little bug when a user told me that he can’t download a file. The problem only concerns files on my server.

    I can access them trough web browser. Permalinks and others settings looks fine. But the dropdown in adding file section is now empty. Maybe the bug happens since SSL is on.

    Not too sure if I can help, since I can’t reproduce this problem on my end.

    check if your file path to see if it is valid? under WP-Admin -> Download -> Download Options -> “Download Path”

    Then ssh to your machine and do a ls -al <PATH> to see if it can detect.
