File display in profile, Multiple file upload field and Folder to upload files

Hello Experts,

I have 3 requirements –

1. All images/files uploaded by users in their profile, are displaying in large size below the field. Is there any way that image/file will be shown as icon/smaller size and if user clicks, it will show full size?

2. Is there any way that user will be able to upload multiple files for one field?

3. I want users will be able to create folders and upload files in those folders. Is it possible to do that? For an example, users will be able to create year and month-wise folder structure and upload all their pictures etc. It is kind of album in a structured manner.
