I have added the plugin, when I try to export It is working and I am able to download .xlsx file, but I could not open the file. I have tried MS-Excel/WPS even some online tools. It is giving error like this https://pasteboard.co/ITo08KC.png. In an online tool, when I tried to open it gives error ‘Unexpected end of JSON input’.

What might be wrong with this?

Usually there is a problem with your template.

Please send the xlsx to [email protected]. I’ll take a look if it contains some error.

@salihkulangara hmm strange. The file seems to have the correct make-up; it somehow can’t handle the contents. Perhaps there is a problem with the input.

Could you send me the contents from wp-admin/admin.php?page=gf_system_status to the same address? as well as an export of the form itself (the json file)?

I have created a simple form with 3 fields, that also not working.

I have sent you the system report and JSON of the original form. Please check your inbox.

    Gravity Form: 2.4.17
Gravity Forms Entries in Excel: 1.7.3

You did it twice. ?? Please be careful not to click that link again. ??

@jdembowski you’re kidding? I used my phone to read the comments. It has some cracks in the screen so it might have clicked that link by mistake. Perhaps a confirmation wouldn’t be overkill on that link ??

    Thanks for letting me know.

Sorry @doekenorg, Still not working. I have sent you more detail about my server status via mail, could you please check that.

Fixed behind the scenes. It was an issue with the SiteGround Optimizer plugin, that minified the output of the excel, making it invalid.

The solution was to exclude it on the frontend tab, by adding /gf-entries-in-excel/* to the links found under **Exclude URLs from HTML minification**.

    Yes, that works.
Thank you so much for your help and support.
